Dear exhibitors!

If your company wants to order advertising constructions and booth elements assembling ( hanging up ) we highly recommend you to coordinate the technical possibility for it IN ADVANCE with MVK Media (tel. +7 (495) 995-05-92, 995-05-96, contact person Victoria Petrova).

1. In case of exhibiting equipment on your booth at the show we kindly ask you to consider and take into account maximum weight of your machine on the floor.

We draw your attention that it is necessary to check in advance the correspondence of your exhibiting machine to technical parameters of the pavilion (maximum floor permissible load is 2 500 kg per sq.m.). Technical parameters of the ground floor pavilion 3 are enclosed.

We kindly ask you to submit in due term form 6.1 with the description:

1) Short description of your exhibition cargo (weight, dimensions, general description, cost).
2) Your contact details (company name and address, contact person, telephone, e-mail address).

We also draw your attention that it is necessary to coordinate in advance the schedule of arrival at the booth and mounting period for your company with MVK-TRANSEXPO.

2. For our working procedure in terms of loading-unloading we kindly ask you to provide us with the letter from your company with your stamp and signature, addressed to JSC International exhibition company MVK General director Mr. Shaburov A.Y.: with the text that hereby we inform the organizer about the technical characteristics of maximum load of our equipment on the floor.

Please be kind to point out the following items in this letter:

- cargo name
- length / width
- weight (kg)
- average static load (H/m2)
- maximum specific pressure staking (r/sm2)
